About Us
Part of the Fifields Group, Fifields Property Services (Ftec) was established in 2014 and with our extensive background in construction and maintenance services, we are fully equipped to deliver customised building solutions from internal and external repairs, bespoke proactive maintenance programmes, urgent reactive maintenance or one off mechanical & electrical installation projects.

Our maintenances plans are fully adaptable to each client’s needs & range from a one-off single asset to multiple site compliance checks and asset lifecycle support.

We believe a proactive, long term approach plays a vital part in providing and maintaining an environment that not only runs efficiently but is also safe and comfortable for employees and visitors. Regularly maintained assets will reduce lifetime costs, maximise performance and limit downtime.
Our staff come into contact with children and or vulnerable adults through - mechanical, electrical, heating and ventilation installations and planned and reactive property maintenance, within schools, care homes, hospitals, and local authority sites.
Ftec recognises the importance of safeguarding and we ensure that all of our staff are vetted regularly via DBS and police checks.

Our telephones are manned 24 hours a day, meaning our clients can rest assured that their building is in safe hands knowing our dedicated team is always available when the unexpected happens.
We operate a same day attendance for emergencies with a 2hr response time for extreme emergencies, or a next day or scheduled attendance for non-emergencies.
