At Ftec, we have a mechanical contracts team of fully trained, time served engineers who are adept at carrying out mechanical installations, repairs and upgrades.

Our team have the skills, capability and flexibility to deliver projects of all sizes in varying settings such as offices, industrial units, retail outlets, MoD sites, schools and hospitals.

We are adept at working in live environments, work with our clients to deliver mechanical  projects, on time and within budget, with minimal disruption to their day to day activities and without compromising on quality.

As well as being a principle contractor, we often partner with other contractors to deliver  mechanical projects of all sizes - from a single boiler replacement to a full plant room refurbishment and complete mechanical and electrical installations of new builds.
