New Electrical Project Secured at Stratus House in Exeter!

F-TEC are pleased to announce that we've secured a new project with Afit Commercial Ltd at Stratus House. Afit Commercial, has been appointed as the main fit-out contractor.

The project involves mechanical and electrical installations across the building. Alongside Afit Commercial, we will be carrying out the following across Stratus House:

• Enabling works.

• Replacing 77 floor boxes.

• Electrical distribution board- distribution point for electricity within a building.

• Lighting installation.

• Air Conditioning & ventilation.

• Fire alarms.

• Plumbing.

• Electrical testing.

• Containment.

We're excited to start this new project alongside Afit Commercial and Mex M&E in Exeter!
