New Project Secured at Livery Dole in Exeter

During the last few months our team at F-tec have been working at Livery Dole for Exeter Homes Trust. We were appointed to carry out heating, electrical and plumbing works throughout the building to ensure the flat building stays compliant and up to date with the latest building regulations.

The project involves:

• The installation of new fire systems.

• New boilers to be installed.

• Led lighting throughout the lobby areas.

Exeter Homes Trust owns and manages 143 almshouses throughout Exeter. The organisation was founded 900 years ago and can be traced back to the 11th century.
